What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“The restaurant staff were absolutely exceptional. The breakfast was easily one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—fresh, well-prepared, and consistently high quality. The lady who checked us in for breakfast truly made the experience stand out. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help. In particular, she took the time to support me in preparing for a hiking trip with my team and resolved an issue that could have completely disrupted our plans. Her proactive approach and kindness made a real difference, and I’m genuinely very grateful. The rooms were spotless, well-presented, and comfortable, and the free parking was a fantastic added bonus that made the stay even more convenient.”
“Premier Inn do it right, there's no doubt about it. The room was extremely clean, and bathroom spotless. Bath as well as shower, which is great because very often there's only showers in Airbnb's and hotels, and I love an evening bath! The bed was comfortable, and the room quiet, and I have no complaints whatsoever! The staff were happy and welcoming, and so very helpful when my lift was late and I needed to get a taxi to get me to the station quickly. Thank you to one receptionist in particular who really tried to help. I didn't get her name, and I wish I had, as she deserves a special mention. A very pleasant stay, and I look forward to my next visit.”
